Will my piece look exactly like the one in the photograph?

Not exactly. Each Raw On Palms Ceramics piece is made by hand in small batches, so small variations in form, edge, surface, colour, and glaze are part of the making process.

The photographs show the character and finish of the piece or batch. The piece you receive may carry its own quiet differences, which are part of what makes handmade ceramics personal and individual.

Why are there small speckles, exposed clay, or textured areas?

Some pieces may show small speckles, darker marks, exposed clay, or gently textured areas where the natural clay body comes through.

This is a normal characteristic of handmade ceramics, especially when working with clay mixes, glazes, and raw material surfaces. These details are not considered flaws. They are part of the material language of the piece.

Are the pieces food safe, and how should I care for them?

Functional tableware pieces are made with food safe glazes unless stated otherwise on the product page.

All items are dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended to preserve the surface and finish over time.

Please avoid sudden temperature changes, prolonged soaking, and placing pieces directly in the oven or over an open flame.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide tracked shipping is available.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees on arrival.

Do you take commissions, collaborations, or wholesale enquiries?

Occasionally, I am able to take on commissions, collaborations, and wholesale enquiries.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Each order is packed carefully by hand before it is sent. If your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch within 72 hours of receiving it and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
