Kage Cup, Bamboo

£32.00
Sold Out

Shaped with a subtle rhythm through the form, the Bamboo Form cup gently references the natural sections of bamboo without becoming decorative.

It sits comfortably in the hand and is made for the familiar rituals of the day: morning tea, coffee, hojicha, herbal infusions, or a quiet pause at home.

Each cup is thrown individually using our signature clay blend of hand-mixed white stoneware and terracotta, then finished in matte white and charcoal glaze as part of the Kage collection. Because every piece is made one at a time, surface, tone, and form vary slightly from cup to cup, giving each its own quiet character.

Measures approximately: 7.6 cm (⌀) × 8 cm (H)
Capacity: 230 ml

Handmade Characteristics & Care

Each Raw On Palms Ceramics piece is wheel-thrown by hand in small batches. Slight variations in shape, height, capacity, rim, surface, and glaze movement are natural to the process and mean no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

The hand of the maker may be felt in the curve of the form, the weight of the piece, or the way the glaze settles after firing.

These quiet differences are part of the character of handmade ceramics.

  • All items are dishwasher and food safe, however, it is recommended that you hand wash with care.

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes, prolonged soaking, and placing pieces directly into the oven or over an open flame.
