Kasane Chopstick Rest Set, Rectangle

A simple rectangular rest, sized to hold a pair of chopsticks steady between bites. Made from our hand-blended white stoneware and terracotta clay and finished with a clear glaze, the marbled pattern across each rest is entirely a result of how the two clays moved together before firing, so no two are ever quite the same.

Part of the Kasane collection, where the colour is the clay itself rather than anything painted or glazed on top.

Measures approximately: 6 cm (L) × 2.2 cm (W) × 0.2 cm (H)

Handmade Characteristics & Care

Each Raw On Palms Ceramics piece is hand-built in small batches. Subtle variations in form, edge, surface, glaze, and colour are part of the making process and give each piece its own quiet individuality.

For pieces made with a clay mix, the movement between different clay bodies will vary from one firing to the next.

These details are part of what makes handmade ceramics personal, tactile, and quietly unique.

All items are dishwasher and food safe, however, it is recommended that you hand wash with care.
Avoid sudden temperature changes, prolonged soaking, and placing pieces directly into the oven or over an open flame.
